• Mom and Marcus went to the Resort again less than a year later, and when they got back, Jessica blew up. She concealed the real trigger of her anger it as the second trip being "unfair," but truthfully she'd gotten to go to Paris with her friends the year before and then this year she was more or less promised a vacation anywhere she wanted since she couldn't go on that one. What she wanted was her brother and time with him. Even if she could never have what she really needed, at least she could be close to him, right?
